GUIDE | For Her: Stocking Fillers
I love a good stocking filler gift guide, full of lots and lots of little treats!
I wanted to keep this gift guide suitable for all price ranges, so I’ve decided to split mine into sections. Also, this guide is predominantly for the women, as I’ve already posted a gift guide for the men, however all gifts are unisex and there’s a lot of items within this guide suitable for both parties!
I have also catered for all stocking sizes too! As I know some people have a standard sized, fairly small one, like myself. However, I have seen big beefy stockings too – so I’ve tried to find gifts that are suitable for absolutely everybody. It’s safe to say this stocking filler guide is jam packed!
Gifts under £10
Who can resist a nice little treat in their stocking on Christmas day?! Any sort of food or drink is a great stocking filler, including those small alcohol gift sets. The Dairy Milk Chocolate sets and other chocolate gifts will always be very well received by any chocolate lover too.
One thing I’m hoping for in my stocking this year is the Catchphrase card game. I love playing games, especially around Christmas time with all of your friends and family.
Other, more necessary, items include a massive shower gel – usually you can get these for a £1 in most places too! – basic deodorant, dry shampoo, micellar water, coconut oil, body spray & much more!
I have also posted a big beauty gift guide, so I won’t pop too much makeup in here. However, I did just quickly want to mention the false lashes I received from We Love Lashes*. I received two styles, with one pair being just under £10 – the 3D Mink Lashes 004*. They’re quite long and dramatic, perfect for any makeup/false eyelash lover. There are also plenty of affordable lip products and nail polishes, that would be perfect for any stocking.
Gifts from £10-20
DVD’s and books fall into this category! I know a lot of people don’t read actual books or watch DVD’s anymore, but I still love them and I’m sure lots of other people do to.
I also received a gorgeous Ribbon and Bow Store Christmas Candle*. It looks gorgeous and I love how it says ‘Merry & Bright’ on it. It smells lovely too – very spicy and citrus-y, perfect for Christmas time.
You can never go wrong with a good mug either. You can never have too many right!? There are so many gorgeous picks and normally, you wouldn’t spend a lot on a mug yourself. So to receive a really lovely one for Christmas in your stocking, would be awesome.
A cute little tee and the iconic River Island Belt would all make great gifts too.
Gifts £20 and over
I do love a little luxury gift in my stocking filler, mixed in with all of the other affordable options! A very luxurious stocking filler in the form of a candle would be greatly received by any candle lover this Christmas – especially from The White Company, Diptyque, etc. How dreamy?!
A cute set of Christmas (or non-Christmas) pyjamas or a pair of The White Company cashmere socks would be perfect for those who love a little pamper sesh. Along with a luxurious bit of skincare – the ultimate treat!
Little bits of jewellery are always a fab idea for a slightly more expensive stocking filler and I know how much I’m in desperate need of more earrings! There are so many lovely pairs from multiple stores, one of my favourites is H.Samuel and their white gold selection. If you know someone who loves necklaces, then there are plenty of options from the likes of New Look and ASOS.
