A Few Christmas Candles In My Collection.
It’s time to fill your home with all of the festive scents!
I’ve rifled through my collection of candles and picked out all of the Christmas ones to share with you all today. Is there anything better than lighting a festive candle whilst watching a Christmas film? We have a dedicated candle drawer, that’s how many candles I hoard… I’m a huge candle lover, what can I say!
So, let’s get into my festive collection…
Bath & Body Works Warm Apple Pie – Baked Granny Smith Apple, Melted Brown Sugar, Flaky Homemade Crust with Essential Oils. Literally a warm apple pie, I don’t know how they do it! It smells warm, fresh and like it’s literally been baked in an oven. I’m obsessed with this one.
Yankee Candle Christmas Magic – with fragrance notes of Mandarin, Bergamot, Eucalyptus, Fir Balsam, Pine Needle Sap, Incense, Spruce, Cedarwood and Birch, this candle is earthy and warming and truly festive. It’s deep yet fresh and I think Christmas Magic is the perfect name for it.
Yankee Candle Christmas Morning – I can’t find this one online, so you’ll have to make do with my terrible description instead! I’m sorry… I find this one slightly similar to Christmas Magic, but it’s definitely even more fresh and smells like the perfect Christmas Morning candle. Yankee Candle always nail the names of their candles, I must say. It’s fresh, earthy and traditional. Love this one!
Yankee Candle Crackling Woodfire – with top notes of Nutmeg, Myrrh and Cinnamon, mid notes of Vanilla and Amber and base notes of Sandalwood, Cedarwood, Smoky and Incense. Everything you would expect from a Crackling Woodfire scented candle, apart from that awful smoky smell that sticks to every inch of your clothes, hair and skin… It’s deep and woody and super cosy!
Yankee Candle Spiced White Cocoa – with top notes of White Cocoa, mid notes of Salted Caramel, Sweet Cream and Nutmeg and base notes of Butterscotch. Oh yes, this one is very sweet and warming. You can really get the scent of white cocoa and caramel/butterscotch. This blend is gorgeous and makes me want to eat it! A perfect white hot chocolate scent, delicious.
Yankee Candle Candy Cane Forest – with top notes of Cool Peppermint and Menthol, mid notes of Candy Canes and base notes of White Sugar Crystals and Vanilla, this one is very fresh. Minty and sweet, with just the right balance of both. Perfect!
Yankee Candle Glittering Star – with top notes of Sparkling Ginger and Cassis, mid notes of Sugarplum and Nutmeg and base notes of Patchouli, Amber, Guaiacwood and Sandalwood, Glittering Star almost reminds me of male cologne. In a good way of course. It’s musky, yet light and almost spicy. Perfect for Winter!
Yankee Candle Icy Blue Spruce – a fresh breath of Winter forest Juniper Berries, Blue Spruce and Spearmint Leaves. This is very fresh and would be perfect to light in the morning and perk you up. It’s deep yet refreshing!
Yankee Candle Christmas Cookie – a buttery rich, vanilla scented, holiday sugar cookie. Perfectly sweet and good enough to eat! Although definitely don’t do that… The main scent of this one is vanilla, so if you’re a fan of anything that smells like vanilla you need to get yourself this. Oh my goodness it’s SO good!
Yankee Candle Christmas Garland – with the aroma of Fresh-cut Pine Boughs and Juicy Cranberries, this one is very outdoorsy. And by this I mean that this literally smells like a pine tree with a slight hit of sweetness from the cranberry scent. Very fresh and very festive. This one isn’t my favourite, but it’s still lovely.
Yankee Candle Snowflake Cookie – with fragrance notes of Fluffy Marshmallow, Whipped Vanilla Icing, Warm Cinnamon, Nutmeg, Sweet Buttercream and Sugar Cookie, I feel like this is me as a candle! Everything I love; sweet, rich and it’s baby pink too. What more could you ask for?! This is one of my absolute favourites.
Yankee Candle Simply Home Savour The Season – with fragrance notes of sweet sticky Maple Syrup, Cinnamon, Cloves and Pine, this one is warming, spicy and sweet. Everything we all love about Christmas and this time of the year!
Yankee Candle Winter Wonder – with fragrance notes of Sparkling Wine, Citrus, Vanilla and Silver Balsam, this one smells gorgeous. The perfect scent for lighting on a December evening whilst cosied up on the sofa. It’s a warming fresh scent that makes you feel super cosy.
Yankee Candle The Perfect Tree – with top notes of Evergreen Garland and Bergamot, mid notes of Pine Needles, White Birch and Glowing Amber and base notes of Fresh Cut Pine, Incense and Cedar, this literally smells like a real Christmas tree. Earthy, deep and fresh and perfect for the festive season!
Yankee Candle Simply Home Christmas Treats – another one that I can’t find online, but it’s fairly similar to Christmas Cookie. It’s very sweet and I can definitely smell vanilla. It’s like a very sweet freshly baked goodie, it smells perfect.
So I think we’ve figured out that I have a small obsession with Yankee Candle today then… I love how strong and bold their scents are. They fill every room with a strong scent and are totally worth the money in my opinion. I’ve bought plenty of ‘cheaper’ candles and none of them fill the room with their scent as strongly as any of my Yankee Candle ones.
What is your favourite Christmas candle?
